Measure Six Cognitive Functioning Areas

The six-item SF-COG™️ survey, formerly known as the MOS-COG survey, measures six aspects of cognitive functioning areas, including reasoning, concentration and thinking, confusion, memory, attention and reaction time. In many instances, we recommend taking a multi-method approach that also includes a trained observer’s perspective or performance measures when assessing cognitive functioning. The SF-COG™️ is available with a standard four-week recall period, an acute one-week recall period and a 24-hour recall period.
